Chocolate Chip Banana Bread – A Sweet Treat
The stay at home order had me baking up a storm over here! 😅 One of my favorite things to bake turned out to be my Mom’s Chocolate Chip Banana Bread. It was perfect for breakfast or a sweet after dinner treat.

So simple to prepare and so tasty to eat. I think the secret ingredient is the sour cream, it makes the bread stay moist. Prep your bread pan with butter and flour to ensure it doesn’t stick!

Here is a secret tip for the chocolate chips! Have you ever baked a yummy treat and your added ingredient (such as chocolate chips) seem to fall to the bottom and not evenly distribute throughout the dessert? Freeze them ahead of time! This helps keep the chocolate chips evenly distributed throughout the batter. You can do this with other ingredients too, such as nuts or candies!

- Using an electric mixer, mix all ingredients well. Butter and flour a bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Let cool then, serve!
