Welcome to Our Pretty Life!
Hello Friends, I’m Gina! I grew up in Canandaigua a small town in the Finger Lakes of New York. Canandaigua has the most beautiful lake and was such an incredible community to grow up in.

From 2004-2008 I attended the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Niagara University in Niagara Falls, New York, where I graduated with a degree in Hotel Restaurant Management.

Niagara Falls was right down the street!

College is where I met my Colorado loving husband and in 2010 we made the move to Denver. Then life really began; we got our first puppy, Juliet our beloved Golden Retriever, had the most beautiful wedding in Cape May New Jersey in 2012, purchased our forever home in 2018, and welcomed our daughter Lucy into our family in 2019.

After college, I worked for Panera Bread where I was the store manager for the Boulder, Colorado location. I absolutely love the restaurant industry and was able to meet so many wonderful people. Being a foodie at heart, I have always had a love for the restaurants. Dining out is such a fun experience in my eyes. I look forward to sharing some recipes with you all!
In 2016 I left the restaurant industry to work for a Denver based Wedding and Event planning company. This is where my passion to “make life pretty” really shined. To this day I still work part time on weddings and events, but ultimately I am a full time Mama to Lucy and Juliet.
I hope you enjoyed getting to know me, I am so eager to get to know all of you! I am so excited you are here to follow along on my home journey. As I stated above, we purchased our forever home in 2018, we spent two years remodeling. It is finally finished and I am beginning the journey of furnishing and decorating so follow along as I make our life pretty!
