- Cook and crumble the breakfast sausage in a pan on the stove
- Once the sausage is cooked and crumbly add scoops of cream cheese and stir until all the cream cheese is melted and mixed with the sausage
- Lay out crescent dough squares on a non-stick baking sheet
- Spoon sausage cream cheese mixture on to the crescent dough squares. Spread the mixture evenly to cover the crescent dough square
- Roll the crescent dough square up and bake according the the dough's instructions
